Location permission

Frotza asks for foreground location permission only when you use location-based features such as current location, nearby restaurants/stores, address accuracy and delivery estimates. Frotza does not use background location for tracking or advertising. You can also enter an address manually instead of sharing location.

Marketing messages

Frotza may send offers, discounts and updates through SMS, WhatsApp, email, app notifications or other channels. Service-related messages such as order updates may still be sent.

No sale of personal data

Frotza does not sell personal or sensitive user data. Data is shared only where needed to run the service, complete orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal requirements or with service providers acting for Frotza.

Data security

We use reasonable security measures and encrypted transport such as HTTPS for user data handled by the app and website. No online platform can guarantee 100% security, and users are responsible for keeping account login details confidential.

Account and data deletion

Users can request account and associated data deletion from the mobile app through Profile > Request account deletion, or from the website at https://www.frotza.com/account-deletion. Requests should be made from the registered email or phone number so we can verify ownership. We aim to process deletion requests within 7 working days after verification. Some order, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, regulatory or legal records may be retained only as long as required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Children and minors

Frotza is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 18. Users under 18 may use the platform only under parent or guardian supervision.

Changes to policy

Frotza may update this policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on the website or app.
